Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a lot smaller than expected and did not look like the photos at all. However, it was close to everything, making it my favorite place to stay on the Gold Coast despite the noise during check-in.
The hotel offers a lovely view from the rooms but they are a bit small for the price, lacking some items that were expected. Breakfast experience on Saturday morning was not ideal. The service was excellent overall, with extremely helpful and pleasant staff, though there was a rude encounter at check out. The location is great for those wanting to stay in Surfers with easy access to amenities and Cavill Ave. The dining experience had some ups and downs, with limited options for afternoon tea but friendly and professional staff. The facilities are satisfactory but may benefit from some upgrading.
The hotel had some ups and downs. While the rooms were adequately equipped and in working order, the view was lacking, and some service issues were experienced during the stay. Despite the shortcomings, the hotel offered a decent experience overall for the price paid.
The hotel had everything we needed for our toddler, making it like heaven for our family stay. The delishious food from room service with a smile was a highlight. However, the night noise from the nearby nightspots could get a bit rowdy, affecting the overall peace and quiet of the location.
I expected a decent view for the price we paid but ended up disappointed with the room situation and lack of proper amenities. The service was attentive but had some issues with resolving maintenance requests. The location wasn't ideal as it was directly in front of a noisy nightclub. The dining experience left much to be desired, particularly with the breakfast service.
I had an amazing stay with breathtaking ocean views, enjoying a lovely breakfast on Saturday morning at 7 am. The room with sea view was a perfect size for a cozy experience. The hotel is a great choice overall, but you might be paying for the name 'Hilton' more than the luxurious stay you expect.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, albeit a bit pricey due to the Easter holidays. The air conditioner was a bit temperamental, cutting out during the night, but the higher apartments were nicer. The service was a bit unresponsive initially but eventually friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Cavill Ave, though a few cleanliness issues were noted in the bathroom. The dining experience was good with a varied buffet, despite some confusion over breakfast inclusions. Overall, a decent stay with a few ups and downs.
The hotel was a fantastic choice for our stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to enjoy the nearby beach, restaurants, and attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience overall. However, the dining options could be improved with more variety and upgraded offerings. The price paid offered good value, although additional charges for some services were a downside.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The modern room with a lovely bathroom was a great feature, but the actual room didn't match the advertisement, and there were some worn-out furnishings and broken beds. Despite these drawbacks, there were significant cost savings compared to other options in the area.
The hotel had lovely rooms with beautiful views, perfect for the price paid by our group of 5. The rooms were big, clean, and in an amazing location. However, there was a mix-up with room proximity for our two units which were assigned floors apart.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while clean and very well set out, turned out to be smaller than expected without the wide windows and views as advertised. The service was friendly and accommodating, although the 'smart asses' incident with the mini-bar was a bit of a negative surprise. The location, though fantastic for easy access to everything, was plagued by street noise from nearby nightclubs. The dining options were varied, but certain aspects made the experience less pleasant. Overall, it was a stay with its ups and downs.
The hotel is in a central location, but the rooms need renovation and weren't very clean. Despite the construction noise starting early, the staff was friendly. However, there were additional surcharges for every service provided.
